Terms and Conditions

1. Services Provided

Palisades Drilling Company offers a variety of drilling and related services, including but not limited to caisson drilling, piles drilling and shoring, I-beams, retaining walls, slabs, concrete , etc.]. The details of these services will be outlined in individual service agreements between Palisades and the Client.

2. Eligibility

To engage in our services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

4. Service Fees and Payment

• The Client agrees to pay the fees specified in the service agreement or invoice.

5. Client Responsibilities

6. Worksite Conditions and Delays

• Palisades is not liable for delays caused by weather, equipment failure, acts of God, or factors beyond our control.
• The Client agrees to cooperate with Palisades in addressing any unforeseen challenges or delays during the course of the project.

7. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Palisades Drilling Company, its employees, agents, and subcontractors from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of the Client’s breach of this Agreement, negligence, or failure to comply with applicable laws.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Palisades’ liability for any damages arising out of the services provided shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question. Palisades shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the Agreement upon written notice if the other party fails to perform its obligations under the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, the Client shall pay for all services rendered up to the point of termination.

10. Confidentiality

Palisades and the Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive, proprietary, or confidential information exchanged during the course of the project. This obligation shall survive the termination of the Agreement.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.

12. Amendments

Palisades reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or upon notifying the Client directly. It is the Client's responsibility to review these terms regularly.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert jurisdiction/country]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of [insert location].

14. Dispute Resolution
